And- while we absolutely love sharing these moments with you online, it is our deep hope that you'll take what you learn and experience these beautiful moments for yourself as well- whether that be by venturing into nature near your home or joining us on retreat!

There are so many things that can pull us away from where we are heading during our meditative journeys. While it is important to be able to notice these musings without attaching ourselves to them, there can be times when these stories can educate us on our path to healing.
As a holistic meditation guide and multidisciplinary artist of mental, physical, and spiritual healing, I will walk with you during your meditative journey, helping you hold space to explore your unwinding, and empower your ability to decide on the course you believe will best suit your healing. Allowing your Spirit to lead the way, I will help you walk through different methods of holistic medicine (like Meditation & Journaling, Prayer, Sound & Sacred Ceremony, Thai Yoga, Water & Energetic Body Therapies, etc) that can further ground and strengthen your healing journey.

As an artist and lover of all things Spirit… the arts of sacred ceremony and intimate ritual have become deeply revelatory and dynamic passions of my life. I believe that living IS ceremony and I have found so much love in sitting in sacred space with people from different walks of life- various religions, beliefs, and personal needs. As this passion has grown, I have found my own way of connecting intimately with other beautiful souls, through the art of shaping ceremony and ritual, birthed out of intimate meditative energy exchange.
What can this mean for you?
Simply, through a retreat experience where we spend a few days journeying together and I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to get to know your Spirit and holistic essence, I can work with you to prophetically cultivate a ceremony and/or ritual of unique design, that has the power to help you hold space for yourself whenever you need it. This can look like unique morning or evening rituals, daily or periodic sacred sanctuary time you can hold for yourself at home, and/or through continued 1:1 healing session(s) with me. Most importantly, your unique ceremony is infused with your Spiritual stories and healing practices (meditation, sound healing, prophetic journaling, water ceremony, Thai yoga therapy, etc) that help you maintain relationship with your Sacred Space- the spiritual realm you’ve unlocked access to over the course of your healing journey.
Your retreat and sacred ceremony can be just for your personal healing or if you’d like to journey with a sacred friend or soul mate, my husband and I are honored to hold space for couples.
