SPIRIT WALKS are the art of our hearts and our gift to you! Through our online sanctuaries, you can experience silent and guided meditative moments for grounding, recentering, and trauma-clearing, while spirit-walking through nature. Our journeys are captured while we are exploring some of our favorite natural landscapes on Earth, giving you the ability to energetically step in and hold your own space. And- while we absolutely love sharing these moments with you online, it is our deep hope that you'll take what you learn and experience these beautiful moments for yourself as well- whether that be by venturing into nature near your home or joining us on retreat!
Meditation Experiences
HOLISTIC MEDITATION JOURNEYS are our primary meditative process of guiding you through mental, physical, and emotional release. Beginning with a polarity communications session, we will help you hold space to express any emotions, stories, or experiences that come to you. Through your expression, we will take our time to discover which of our Slow Living Exercises would best aid your healing journey. Once that exercise is spoken to us, we will walk through it together, enhancing your ability to self-heal and restore balance to your holistic and simply human, being.
SOUND BATHS include a relaxing silent or guided meditation leading into a water-based (and/or) singing bowl sound healing ceremony; some experiences may include light somatic release to ease you into restorative comfort
SACRED RETREATS
Join us on in an intimate setting where will share in-person guidance on cultivating slow, holistically healthy & plant-based lifestyle. We will journey with you daily into mindful and meditative rest, helping you define new explorative ways to intimately connect with nature, Yourself, the Divine, & those you hold dear.
