- include online silent and guided meditative moments for grounding, recentering, and trauma-clearing, while walking through nature and connecting with Spirit - through our spirit-led meditative journeys, you will have the ability to step into a healthier mental, emotional, and spiritual scape where you're able to uncover, unblock, and clear space for your authentic and creative identity to breathe, release, grow, and thrive

Other Types of Meditation Experiences :

-Meditative Sound Baths include a relaxing silent or guided meditation leading into a water-based (and/or) singing bowl sound healing experience; some experiences may include light yogic release to ease you into restorative comfort
-Tea Meditations include a private verbal or written emotional release, followed by a hand-crafted herbal blessing and a slow-living meditation
-Yoga and Breath Work includes light restorative stretching, prayer, and meditation interwoven with deep breathing segments to focus the mind and release tension from the body and soul; some yogic experiences can include reiki and/or light work

We will open up, allowing ourselves to return to Oneness with our grounding upon the earth, the spirit within the wind and rustling leaves, and the soothing sounds of rushing waters. You have your choice of a shoot that includes all your photos sent to you via downloadable drive or additionally, Bri will create a one-of-a-kind hand-crafted mixed media earthen art piece to bless you and your home.
