Your sacred space session is a guided 60-90 minute online energy portal designed to enhance your meditative journey within the sanctuary of your personal altar. Whether your altar space is already complete or you're in the process of finding the practices and ritual items that speak to your soul, this educational & meditative experience will help you hold space for your own inner divine, connect with the earthen and sacred objects in your personal sanctuary and energetically touch the Spirit of the Sacred.
While sessions are intuitively guided, practices can include holistic prayer & meditation, sacred smoke and energy clearing, elemental energy medicine, crystalline & plant therapies, color therapy, tea ceremony, herbal & flower essence attunement, somatic movement, yoga therapy, sound baths & biofield tuning.

Held within the sanctuary of your personal in-home altar space, I will walk with you via online portal, through your slow & steady 60-90 minute Softening Ceremony. Opening with a sacred smoke energy cleanse and meditation, we will begin to ground into presence and sacred space. As you begin energetically entering your safe container, we will allow space and time for any verbal or somatic sound to rise through your system. During this period of spacious deep listening, we will allow for somatic movement, deep breathing and any other intuitive medicinal practices to rise, before flowing into connection with your earthen and ritual elements and a sound bath for continual unwinding and spacious rest. We will close your container with gentle meditation over warm tea, cacao or prayer infused water.
