When I first entered the photography industry, I did so under the tutelage of culture and other people's experiences and opinions. Like most of us, this was quite the same with life in general. Translation: my art (my life) was not truly my own - it looked like what others viewed as beautiful rather than coming from the beauty and truth within me. As I began walking with God, discovering my authentic self, I was reintroduced to His Spirit and His Spirit within the gifts He had given me. I came to more deeply know His life force... His energy moving about the earth and within me... He gave me sight into the spirit of His Creation, His voice to discern the holistic truth of beauty... a deeply grounding, dimension-shattering passion for the universe, and His artistic heart of brilliance, peace, and stillness in all things. His being became my being. His art, my art. In this enlightening path of experiencing God and myself, my artistic gifts were set ablaze, and not only did my talents come to life, but so did I!
